Personal statement
Anselm is a secondary Modern Languages specialist with over 27 years’ experience in teaching, teacher education, and educational leadership across school and university contexts. He has extensive experience supporting initial and early career teachers, including service as Course Director for Teach First’s PGDE and MA provision in the South East, and has worked as both a school based mentor and a university tutor.
He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and a doctoral student, with academic interests including Initial Teacher Education, Modern Foreign Languages education, education leadership, and mentoring and feedback practices.
