Personal statement

Blessing attended De Montfort University, graduating with a degree in Accounting and Business Management. Prior to joining the team at Bath Spa, she worked for De Montfort University as a Careers Coach as well as a Careers and Placements Assistant.

Within the Graduate Success team, Blessing is responsible for supporting and coordinating initiatives such as the graduate placement scheme, intensive career coaching, call campaigns and the Final Year Growth Summit. In addition to her administrative duties, her main responsibilities include answering graduate queries, coordinating with employers, graduates and internal departments on various projects, planning events and supporting activities related to promoting the Graduate Outcomes Survey. She also creates and sends out the monthly newsletters to graduates signed up to Grad Support Unit.

Blessing is passionate about helping final year students and graduates navigate the transition between university and graduate life. When she's not at work she's reading or running her blog and podcast.
