As Course Director, Farzam leads Bath Spa University programmes in London. He joined in 2018 as a Module Leader and Senior Lecturer in Leadership and Strategy and became Programme Leader in 2020 and the Course Director in 2021.
He has over ten years' experience in Higher Education in the UK and has worked with the University of Greenwich, University of Hertfordshire, University of Gloucestershire, and Teesside University.
He was a PhD researcher at the Department of International Business and Economics at the University of Greenwich and has industry experience in marketing and business consultancy in different sectors and countries, especially Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
Dawn joined Bath Spa University in 2020 as a Programme Leader for the Business and Tourism Management programmes at BSU London. She currently leads several core modules across all levels.
Dawn has worked with designing and delivering higher education programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels for over ten years focusing on business and management subjects. Over the years Dawn has worked closely with various departments such as quality, compliance and communications in order to support students in areas such as personal academic tutoring, incorporating sustainability into curriculum design, accessibility and equality.
Dawn has worked within several specialised industries such as fintech, natural resource extraction (mining, gas and oil), medical, research and corporate headhunting. She has been involved in designing and prototyping new ideas for IPs.
Priya joined BSU London in 2020 as a Senior Lecturer in Business Management. Her current responsibilities include teaching and leading Business modules.
Previously, she has worked for several Higher Education Institutes in the UK teaching and leading various Business Management Programmes. She has also published research articles in banking and finance.
Nadia joined BSU London in 2019 as a Senior Lecturer and Module Leader in Health and Social Care. She currently leads modules across levels that include Business Professional Development.
Nadia has over 15 years experience of teaching in inner city schools and Further Education colleges across London.
Nadia is a published writer and has considerable practice working with NGO community leaders and institutions that focus on creative innovation, industry and partnership across West Africa. She has successfully established working relationships with African Literary festival coordinators in the Gambia for the Mboka Festival of Arts, Culture and Sport and is responsible for creative writing workshops and competitions across secondary schools held in Sierra Leone. She serves on the editorial board for SLWS (Sierra Leone Writers Series) an academic and general publisher.
Onyinyechi Joy Kingdom joined the BSU London in 2019. She is a Module Leader and Lecturer in Economics and Globalisation, International Business and Marketing. She is also a dissertation supervisor.
Joy was a visiting lecturer at the Department of Accounting and Finance at University of Greenwich where she was teaching Principles of Banking, Finance, Management Accounting and Economics and Finance. She also has more than five years' experience in the Higher Education sector.
Mohammed joined BSU London in 2019. He previously worked at the University of Greenwich as a Visiting Lecturer for six years teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He taught a range of modules such as Quantitative Methods for Economists, Financial Aspects of International Business, Principles of Investment, Advanced Econometrics and Foundations of Scholarship.
He has more than five years of industry experience as an accountant in auditing, financial services, and management.
Dudley is the Module Leader for Principles and Practice in Health and Social Care Management, and also teaches on both the foundation and the BSc degree programs in Health and Social Care and Business Management.
He joined BSU London in 2020 after gaining teaching and management experience from various further and higher education institutions in the UK, including the Global University, Sunderland University programs with St Patrick’s College, and the UK College of Business and Computing teaching both Health and Social Care and Business Management modules.
After completing a graduate Pharmacy program in Ghana, Dudley worked at the Korle-Bu teaching hospital (24 hours Pharmacy) and various community Pharmacies focusing more on clinical pharmacology and therapeutics (CPT).
Dudley is a Health and Wellbeing researcher dedicated to research that seeks to understand employees' workplace wellbeing experience, particularly academics. His research integrates three main strands: sociology of health, employment, work, and wellbeing.
He has published on the subject of workplace wellbeing issues for Higher Education academics in Ghana, the impact of frequent leadership changes in Higher Education, and a book chapter on understanding workplace wellbeing. His work has gained readership and education policy attention in Ghana.
Valentina joined BSU London in 2019 following a career in recruitment and enrolment in the Higher Education industry. As Academic Support Officer she is part of the Administration team for BSU London.
Jaya joined Bath Spa University in 2020 as a Senior Lecturer in the Business and Tourism Management programme. She currently leads modules across various levels.
Jaya has over 15 years experience of teaching across various Further and Higher Education institutions. Where she has led in developing a student-centered approach to assessment.
She has taught Sustainable Tourism, Marketing, Innovation and Commercialisation, Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management.
Stefan joined Bath Spa University London in 2020. As a Senior Lecturer, he teaches across different departments including Business, and Health and Social Care. He is the module leader for several modules ranging from level 4 ‘Creative thinking and reflective practice’ to the level 6 ‘Dissertation module’ and a dissertation supervisor.
Stefan has been teaching in higher education since 2008 and is also a Founding Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching UK. He holds a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England since 2007. He also worked as a branding and marketing consultant on a number of successful projects, from European to global accounts.
Stefan has completed his Doctorate in Education at Canterbury Christ Church University, UK, with a thesis that appraised the concept of ‘extreme learning’ within a narratively imagined space where ‘pilgrimages’, ‘clowns’, ‘masks’ and, not least, his own ‘nomadic’ journeys -internal or geographical - have collided. He has recently completed the writing of a chapter on migration and education, which will be published in 2021 under Routledge.
Rizwan joined BSU London in 2021 as a Lecturer in Business Management. His current responsibilities include teaching and leading Business modules.
He holds a Doctorate from University of West of Scotland in addition to an MBA and MSc International Banking, Finance and Risk Management.
His Main focus in research is on issues in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Influencer Marketing (IM). He presented papers at several conferences in the UK.
