Wellbeing and Leadership - An Introduction
Short course
Discover how everyday habits can transform workplace culture and performance, but also your personal energy and capacity to lead change.
- Explore evidence-based insights linking wellbeing, resilience, and high performance – equally relevant to organisations, entrepreneurs, and individuals in transition.
- Gain practical tools and micro-habits to boost daily energy, focus and creativity.
- Create a personal, entrepreneurial, team wellbeing plan to embed positive change that lasts.
Wellbeing is a strategic foundation for sustainable success and personal transformation. When individuals, entrepreneurs, managers and teams lead with wellbeing they create environments and workplaces where motivation, creativity and resilience thrive. This energising, evidence-based Wellbeing and Leadership - An Introduction workshop draws on positive psychology, coaching psychology, and neuroscience to show how small, consistent actions build a strong culture of care, growth and high performance at work and in life.
Through reflection, practical tools, and science backed insights, you’ll see how small, repeatable habits can reshape personal energy, team culture, entrepreneurial success and organisational outcomes. This session emphasises moving from *me* to *we to us*, helping individuals, managers and teams to embed wellbeing as a daily driver of performance, conversations, collaboration and positive change. Along the way you’ll meet fellow change-makers, share ideas, and build a supportive community that inspires action.
“Wellbeing is more than an individual responsibility — it’s a shared foundation for navigating change, sparking collaboration and moving from ‘me’ to ‘we to ‘us’. It’s how we build cultures of resilience, creativity, and sustainable high performance.”
