Personal statement

As an Employability Coach with a specialised focus on Curriculum Support. Chloe works to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world career readiness, collaborating with School Employability Partners to enhance curriculum design and delivery. Chloe also manages appointments and coordinates careers activities within the central service, providing students with career resources and guidance. 

With nine years of experience in the education sector, Chloe has held various roles, including student engagement positions in Students' Unions and supporting policy development for the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF). Chloe is passionate about inclusion and wellbeing and contributed to a wellbeing project funded by the Office for Students focused on improving the mental health of Postgraduate researchers.   

Chloe strives to make a meaningful impact on students' lives, helping them navigate their professional paths with confidence. She is dedicated to creating inclusive and supportive environments ensuring students are empowered to embark on successful and fulfilling careers.
