Personal statement

Helen is one of the Sexual Violence and Domestic Abuse Caseworkers in the Student Wellbeing Services team. She can provide practical support to students (18+) of all genders who have experienced sexual violence or domestic abuse, whether recent or historical.

She offers guidance on reporting options, referrals to specialist services, and liaison with university departments such as academic schools and accommodation services. Support is tailored to each student's individual needs and preferences.

Please note that the Sexual Violence and Domestic Abuse Caseworker team provide practical support and signposting but cannot offer therapy, medical advice, or legal advice. Students would be referred or signposted to appropriate specialist services for these needs.
