Personal statement
Kate is a Lecturer at Bath Spa University, where she has been since 2023.
Her background is in Developmental Psychology. In 2018 she completed her PhD titled "The Uneven Profile of Memory Development in Down Syndrome". Before this she completed a Masters in Clinical Neuroscience at UCL, and her undergraduate at The University of Edinburgh.
Following her PhD she held a position as Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the MDD lab at the University of Arizona.
Her research now includes

- staff experience of fertility in the NHS
- sleep in the student population.
