Personal statement
Louisa works in partnership with the School of Art, Film and Media, and the School of Design, to embed and enhance employability, enterprise and entrepreneurialism in the curriculum.
Working closely with Heads of School and academics, she uses a data-informed approach to school partnership to enable appropriate targeting, efficient deployment of resources and robust impact measurement.
Key parts of her role are consultation for programme design and review, providing advice on best practice, and collaboration with academics to co-create career learning activities and assessment strategies that are designed to develop skills, confidence, and attributes, supporting routes to successful futures for our students and graduates.
Having studied Fine Art with a focus on Art in the Community, Louisa has also worked freelance in cultural education for the past 15yrs as an artist, project manager, and facilitator. She is currently completing an MA in Arts and Learning at Goldsmiths.
