Personal statement

As a School Employability Partner, Pandora is responsible for progressing the strategic goal of working in partnership to embed and align employability, enterprise, and entrepreneurialism and the Bath Spa graduate attributes into the curriculum. Her designated academic schools are School of Sciences and School of Education.

Pandora works closely with Heads of Schools and academics, using a data-informed approach to school partnership to enable appropriate targeting, efficient deployment of resources and robust impact measurement. As part of her role, she collaborates with academics to design career learning activities and assessment strategies, designed to develop employability skills, graduate attributes, and entrepreneurial mindsets.

Pandora began working at BSU in 2015 where she provided support to students looking for part-time work. She then moved into delivering 1-2-1 careers guidance to students and recent graduates as well as delivering extra curriculum workshops on a range of careers topics including CV, cover letter and interview support.
