Terms of reference

The Committee’s current terms of reference are appended at Remuneration Committee Terms of Reference. The Committee’s remit applies only to the holders of “Senior Posts”, defined as Vice-Chancellor, Provost, the Chief Financial Officer and the University Secretary.
