Bath Spa University’s Careers and Employability team would love to work with you to help you employ future talent, collaborate with our community, and grow awareness of your business’ career paths to our audience. • Hosting internships that we can part or even fully-fund in partnership with you.
• Offering projects that our community will provide solutions for with their unique viewpoints.
• Taking part in events either with a company stand or as an inspirational speaker.
• Becoming a mentor and helping us direct ambitions.
• Shaping skills and development with co-creating new, engaging resources based on industry needs.
• Supporting creative practice by incubating new graduate talent with studio residency space.

Our Skills Bootcamps have been designed in partnership with employers, providers and local authorities to address the region's digital skills gaps.

By working with the Skills Bootcamps, you'll:

• Have access to a pool of over 1000 upskilled job seekers across 16 skill areas, including over 100 military personnel looking to transition into a civilian career 
• Save money on advertising jobs 
• Be able to target learners looking for roles in your industry 
• Be the first to be informed of any future collaboration opportunities.

If you'd like to send your staff on one of our Skills Bootcamps, you’ll pay a discounted rate of up to 90% of the total fees depending on the size of the company. If this is the case, please contact us at skillsbootcamps@bathspa.ac.uk for more details. 

From conference, meeting and Summer School venues, to performance spaces, TV studios and other specialist facilities, Bath Spa University offers a range of spaces for hire. Our venues can include catering, accommodation, and technical or academic support, with bespoke packages tailored to your needs.

Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) is a funded scheme run by Innovate UK to help universities and businesses to innovate and grow. It's a great way to access expertise and resource you don't have in-house.

Our short courses provide training and professional development opportunities that enable your staff to develop their knowledge and skills and help you build value into your business.
