Learning Innovation
Learning Innovation is a peer-reviewed, open access publication of Bath Spa University. Contributions reflect the University’s mission to use creativity and innovation to successfully address the key issues of our age, and our values of respect, inclusion, collaboration and sustainability.
Learning Innovation is focused on any aspect of innovation, research, evaluation and scholarship of learning & teaching in higher education. This publication fills the space between a ‘good practice repository’ and a peer-reviewed journal, providing a developmental stepping stone and a professional dissemination platform.
For sharing good practice and scholarship, Learning Innovation is essential reading for those who teach and/or support learning and those who support a high-quality student experience in higher education across the sector.

Learning Innovation will be published twice per year. Articles may be submitted at any time, the submission deadline for the next edition is 12th January 2026.
To submit an article, email learninginnovation@bathspa.ac.uk. Only emails received from a Bath Spa or its partner institutions' email address will be considered.
