The Leadership and Organisational Research Cluster is focused on how leadership, organisational processes and people shape performance and inform change within organisations.
Collectively, our research spans senior leadership, teams and individual behaviour across public, private and non-profit organisations. We have specialisms across a number of areas, including (but not limited to):
- Organisational behaviour and human resource management
- Leadership and digital transformation
- Responsible and sustainable leadership
- Leadership development
- Diversity in leadership (gender, race, class and inclusion)
Through collaboration, publications and engagement activities, we will generate research that both deepens academic understanding and delivers actionable insights for organisations within the UK and internationally.
