Amanda has worked at BSU since 2013, initially as a Wellbeing Advisor and now also as a Counsellor. Previously she had over 10 years experience of working within mental health charities and the NHS. Amanda is passionate about supporting students to reach their full potential and provides them with a safe space where they are able to explore how their difficulties are affecting them academically and emotionally. She is currently undertaking training in Mindfulness.
