Hazard Risk and Disaster Research Group – Bath Spa University

The Hazard, Risk and Disaster Research Group works across disciplines to understand the complex challenges of environmental hazards, disaster risk reduction, and climate change.

We focus on a range of themes including; flooding, wildfires, volcanoes, critical perspectives on climate adaptation, environmental archaeology and paleoecology, public perceptions of environmental change and sustainability, geographical education and pedagogy, and climate change impacts, vulnerabilities and adaptations.
