At Bath Spa we believe you are continually exploring your options and experiencing different pathways to progression, but that this journey is not linear. It keeps on going throughout your time with us and when you leave. Some of our services cross all three areas and allow you to explore, experience and progress all in one, such as The Bath Spa Award.

We encourage you to read resources and attend events across all stages of Explore, Experience and Progress as they will offer beneficial insight and development opportunities regardless of the current stage you are at in your career journey.

Your careers service

Discover a wealth of information about jobs, placements, enterprise support and more: these pages are your one-stop shop for careers info, appointments and event bookings.

If you can't find the answer online and you’ve got a query about your career plans, placement questions, CV or personal statement, simply visit our FAQ page or Ask A Question. We aim to respond to all queries within five working days.

We offer 1:1 appointments to support you with your career and placement related queries. These can be booked via MyCareer Appointments. When you book, just add some details about what you wish to discuss to help our advisors prepare in advance.

You can also visit our Careers Space on the ground floor of Commons (opposite Costa) at Newton Park where we're open in term-time Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10am to 4pm, and Tuesday 11am to 4pm.

Online support

MyCareer is your online portal for booking events, accessing appointments and advice, and searching for jobs and placements. You can sign in using your Bath Spa University credentials.
