How do I apply?

Postgraduate teacher training (PGCE) applications are handled through the Department for Education's Apply system.

For courses that start in 2022, this portal will be open from 12 October 2021.

Funding your PGCE: Government grants

The UK Government has bursaries for trainee teachers: the Initial teacher training funding (ITT), which is administered by Bath Spa University in accordance with criteria determined by the Department for Education. Information about initial teacher training funding can be found here:
